Collaborative Riso Zine Workshop
Elana Schlenker x Workhorse Printmakers
Thank you for your interest, but the event is now sold out!
If you’re into zines, design, drawing, and making, come out for an afternoon with Elana Schlenker and Workhorse Printmakers as we collaboratively make a small zine on a Risograph!
Join Elana and Workhorse Printmakers to learn zine-making and Risographing basics. Elana kicks off the workshop with a mini-talk and Q&A about her studio and work, with Workhorse providing printing demos in their print shop.
In a design quick-fire, all participants will create two pages of the zine, and Workhorse will man the Riso. Everyone goes home with their own copy of a hot-off-the-Riso zine!
Inspired by Houston and NASA, the zine will explore the general theme of SPACE. More details on this theme will be revealed leading up to and at the event.
Your ticket gets you into the workshop plus light drinks+bites. All you need to bring is your laptop, your ideas, and your collaborative spirit. We look forward to having you, but please be aware that space is limited!
