Your exceptional design sense allows you to make the world a nicer place to look at every day. You do it because you love it. And, well, you get paid.

We’re asking you to offer us your creative vision on a larger scale, to seek a higher reward than one of mere monetary compensation.

The season for giving and thanks has arrived and we are presenting you an opportunity to give to those sincerely in need of your brilliance and truly grateful for your contribution.

We’re asking you to rid the world of boring wallpaper on desktops and iPhones and give us a $5 donation to help prevent families and individuals in our community from going hungry.

To participate, design a series of wallpapers that communicate and celebrate what you are most thankful for and send them to us by November 20th. Your entry fee of $5 will be donated to the Houston Food Bank Annual Thanksgiving Food Drive.

As a participant, your design, name and url will be showcased on the AIGA Houston Chapter blog, facebook, and newsletter for all AIGA members to share and download.

Show us what you’ve got, and provide families in need in our community with a wholesome meal by participating in the “Give Thanks Houston” design event.
