About Fat Funk

Fat Funk is a collaboration between two local chefs, Aleng Nina’s and Ooh Mami Papi, who aim to shed light on Filipino and Laotian food culture in Texas. From serving up traditional cuisine to putting a spin on contemporary dishes, Fat Funk is here to bring people together and make good food accessible to all.
