Information you need for Sappi’s “Ideas that Matter” Program

Ideas That Matter :: grant program
Deadline: July 17, 2009
It’s about helping people, doing our planet some good, and creating prosperity.

Since 1999, Sappi’s Ideas that Matter program has awarded $9 million worldwide to designers around the globe to support and transform creative ideas into a powerful force for social good.It is the industry’s only grant program aimed at helping designers contribute their talents to the charitable activities they care about most. This year is a milestone for the competition. It’s our 10th Anniversary, but more importantly, it underscores our ongoing support for the design community and belief that, in spite of these challenging economic times, the world will always benefit from great design’s ability to do good.
